Franklin Inn Mexican Restaurant has been providing hospitality to local residents for over 29 years. It initially offered pure Mexican cuisines, as its owners, Henry and Sue Cibula, traveled to Mexico, learning from Mexican cooks and restaurants to enhance their menu. Its current owner, John Cibula, Henry and Sue's son, believes in using only the freshest ingredients for their homemade soups, entrees, and desserts. The restaurant offers chips and salsa as complimentary for the first basket, a handy teaser while paging through the menu.
